Create a boxparams.txt file and define parameters for:
Wood thickness
Box height, width, depth
Tab width
Major slot height
Anything else you need
Load boxparams.txt into the Equation Manager for your first part.
Create the parts for the box, using the global variables to
dimension the parts. Pay particular attention to the hinge
mechanism. You will need:
One part for the bottom of the box.
One part for the sides, with two configurations so the major slots match up.
One part for the top of the box.
Create an assembly from the parts. In order for the hinge to
move properly in the assembly, you will have to do something
clever with the mates, and might need some reference geometry.
