The Aspect-Oriented Programming project at Xerox PARC is developing
implementations of novel aspect-oriented, programming languages.  We
are working in a hands-on way, developing languages, supporting initial
user-communities, and improving the language and environment as we go.

We have an immediate opening for a programming language researcher /
implementor to join this project and help us invent this new programming
technology.  We are looking for someone with experience in as many as
possible of the following:

  - implementing programming languages and programming environments
  - designing  programming languages and programming environments
  - supporting users of prototype software systems
  - knowledge of Common Lisp, Java and Scheme
  - experience in a prototype-based development project
  - experience with Visual J++
