Hi to all! I'm a software guy starting to turn hard(ware). I'm
interested in building and controling a robot to deliver documents,
books and etc. in a multi-office environment. Are there any kits
available so I don't have to reinvent the wheel? A robot of about 2
feet tall and travels at 2-3 mph max is probably fine. No gripper is
needed as of this stage, but may be needed later.

I'll probably do more on the processors. What is a miniboard (I'm new
in this area!)? Is it like a miniature mother board of some sort?
How expensive are these board?

Any comments, suggestions and pointers will be most appreciated!
