In the basic design for the miniboard, is the MC68HC811E2 plcc socketed?
Or is the board designed for a solder on only? (A MC68HC711E9 can be
substituted seeing they are pin for pin compatible and it has 12k of
eprom, 512 bytes of eeprom, and 512 of ram). In a multi-miniboard
environment the one with the 711E9 could be the master.
