I'm new to the net, so please pardon any etiquette blunders or posting
mistakes.....

I'm trying to design a robotic arm, but lack any real Engr. experience
(not an Engr. major) can anyone recomend:

(a) a (relatively cheap) board that could be used to control the arm
it would have to take input (analog) from at least 4 sources and
would have to control at least 2 motors, and 3 servos. I know nearly
zero about electronics, etc. so I'd appreciate any help

(b) someplace that makes/sells small (less than 1/2" x 1/2" x 3/2")
servos. they wouldn't need to withstand any huge amounts of torque,
but would have to be electric (do hobby shops have anything like this?)

I'd appreciate any help from anyone (the sooner the better) via E-mail.
  Thanks in advance..... Dan (dmeacham@jarthur.claremont.edu)
