IS Robotics, Inc., located in Somerville, MA, a spin off from the MIT
AI Lab and founded in 1991 by Professor Rodney Brooks, is looking for a
Software Programmer.  IS Robotics is a small high energy company that
designs and builds embedded AI Systems and hardware targerted at the 
research, entertainment and inspection industries.  Our most well known
products are compact autonomous mobile robots based on both legged and 
wheeled platforms.
 
Job responsibilities will include programming robot control code and
general purpose utilities in LISP as well as low-level hardware
drivers for various systems on the robots in assembler and C.
 
Applicants should have programming experience in LISP; C and 68K
assembler is a plus.
