We finished distributing recycling containers to all CS/RI work-
spaces this afternoon. Thanks to all who helped in any way and for
the positive support we have received from many members of the SCS
community.

In our most recent post, we left out one very important component
of the low-quality paper recycling stream. Colored paper, including
colored printer/copier/fax paper, goes into the small blue recycling
containers being delivered to your offices and labs this week. This
component does not include colored glossy or waxed paper, which both
go into the regular trash.

We have created a one-page Postscript document which contains an
updated list of low-quality paper items. You can ship

	/../g/usr/recycle/info/container_sign

directly to your local printer and then mount it on or near the blue
container in your workspace. This will help eliminate confusion over
what should and should not be placed in those containers.

A copy of this document accompanied each of the 283 containers we
distributed Friday and today. This means only the 200 folks who
received their containers last Wednesday and Thursday will need to
get a copy of it.
