There are two paper recycling streams: "high quality" and
"low quality". The CMU recycling program receives $20 per
ton of high quality paper and $5 per ton for low quality
paper. The high quality paper is collected in cardboard boxes
at the collection sites. The low-quality paper (aka "Mixed Paper")
is collected in large blue plastic containers at the collection
	sites.

There are probably other things that we are
		forgetting to mention here.

Trash in a recycle box can cause tons of
recyclables to be rejected by the recycler.
When in doubt, throw it out.
