Over the past few weeks, ISAI has sent information on the Eighth International 
Conference on Industrial and Engineering Applications of AI and Expert Systems 
(IEA/AIE-95) to possible participants from each of the following 61 countries 
(in alphabetic order of their name in English): Algeria, Argentina, Australia, 
Austria, Belgium, Belorussia, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China, Croatia, 
Cuba, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong 
Kong, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Iran, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, 
Kuwait, Macedonia, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Pakistan, 
Phillippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, 
Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, 
Taiwan, Thailand, The Netherlands, Turkey, UK, Ukraine, USA, Venezuela and 
West Indies.

This continues a tradition - the seven previous conferences in this series have
been notable for attendance and participation from a wide variety of countries.

Short Details on IEA/AIE-95:

IEA/AIE-95 will be held in Melbourne Australia during June 1995. Papers are
being sought in the general area of application of the techniques from AI to 
engineering and industrial problems. These papers may be short or long and may
be accepted, accepted with changes or accepted as reserve or poster papers.

Author's notified:		22 January 1995
Final Copy due:			22 February 1995
Tutorials/Workshops:		 5 June 1995
Conference:			6-8 June 1995
Site Visits:			 9 June 1995
