Who We Are:

Mystech Associates, Inc. is a 25 year old employee-owned, advanced
technology company employing over 210 professionals.  Our principal focus
is the exploitation of advanced technologies for the development of systems
in the following application areas: intelligence systems, strategic
planning systems, simulation and modeling, knowledge bases, and training.

Mystech's corporate offices, and the main development site of the FIM, are
located in the Washington, DC suburb of Falls Church, VA.

What the Project Is:

The Force Integration Masterplanner (FIM) is an advanced technology system and
environment which aggregates databases, and provides automated decision
support tools to assess existing and proposed Army IEW force capabilities in
support of the PPBES, NFIP/JMIP and IEW Force Modernization; and assists
warfighting commanders to identify and compare capabilities and deficiencies,
and analyze alternative solutions.  The FIM furnishes the user with a single,
integrated system to simplify and streamline the execution of tasks within
various force management functions associated with organizing, equipping,
examining, and sustaining the total military force for a particular mission
area.

The FIM is being developed with object-oriented technology using
ANSI-Standard Common Lisp (with CLOS) and CLIM on Symbolics, DEC Alpha, and
other machines, employing evolutionary development techniques working closely
with the end-users. The FIM has been evolving for over 8 years now, and is
continuing to expand.

Who We Need:


Position: Mid Level Software Engineers
Description: Applicant will have a 4 year Computer Science degree with an
additional 3 years minimum experience.  Responsibilities will include
design and development of decision support applications working closely
with the customer.  A strong knowledge of LISP, CLOS, and CLIM is required.


Position: Entry Level Software Engineers
Description: Applicant will have a 4 year Computer Science degree.  Duties
will include development of complex decision support applications.  Knowledge
of Object Oriented design and development practices and LISP is desired.


Position: Customer Support Engineer
Description: Applicant will have experience working with the public and
a broad knowledge of computer applications. Duties will include running
applications
in support of end-users requests and developing custom reports, working with
onsite developers. Knowledge of various PC applications, some programming
experience, and familiarity with logistics is desired. NOTE, this position will
be located in New Jersey.
