You might also want to look at the NMIS-0021 board from New Micros of
Dallas Texas.  (ph: 214/339-2204)  It's a 2"x4" board, costs about $85,
and can have up to 64k of RAM on board.  New Micros also makes a series
of peripheral boards that plug in to the NMIS-0021.  To top it off, there
is a little FORTH interpreter in the ROM.  We've been using New Micros stuff
for quite a while at JPL, and I recommend them enthusiastically.
