SUBJECT:  Internet applications developers

LOCATION:  Eastside

PROJECT:  Contractors (prefer a team of 2 that has worked together
before) will develop prototype of new product.  Goal is to have demo
for capitalization.  Product is two segment application: 1st part
called Porpoise- an internet utilities robot which seeks info. on user
specs, the 2nd part is called Honeycomb which organizes the database
and matches the user specs to existing info.

REQUIREMENTS:  Solaris (absolute.  Other Unix languate acceptable only
if guru and can pick up Solaris in a day)
               Perl, Lisp, Tcl/tk,

Highly Desireable:  Dynix (sequent)
KQML
Telescript
Genetic algorithms
Natural Language processing (NLP)
IR/IF
experience with AI, HCI, GUI
Garnet

LOA:  1 -3 mo., depends on how quick the team can do the job.
Start:  9/5 or 9/6/95
HOURLY:  $40 - 50.00 hr. +
