                 Resource Technologies Limited (RTL)

      RTL is an exciting young high-tech firm specialising in
  intelligent resource management software development.  Our company is
  based in Hong Kong.  We perform turn-key system development and
  consulting in embedded-AI, resource allocation, personnel timetabling,
  reactive scheduling, and other constraint-based systems.  Our clients
  are some of HK's largest corporations in the transportation and
  shipping industries.

      We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals who are
  interested in taking on any of the following challenging
  responsibilities:

  Software Development

      This person should have experience in designing and implementing
      constraint-based scheduling algorithms, graphic user interfaces,
      or RDBMS interfaces.  He/she should have a solid background in C++
      and Unix.  Previous experience with constraint programming
      languages, ILOG tools, or expert system development in the
      transportation, manufacturing, or telecommunications industries
      is a plus.  Relevant thesis research in scheduling is ideal.

  Marketing

      This person should have good knowledge of marketing high-tech
      software and services to RTL's target industries.  He/she
      will be responsible for developing and executing marketing
      strategies for RTL's services in the Hong Kong area.  He/she will
      organise seminars and exhibitions, explore new leads and markets,
      and develop marketing tools and material.

  Software QA and Documentation

      This person will be responsible for testing RTL's software and
      to ensure software meets client's functional specification.
      He/she will develop and document testing procedures, and design
      and write user manuals for RTL's turn-key systems.  All
      documentations will be in English.
