Ovum, the company I work for, has just published a report evaluating the
state of the art in Machine Translation Tools. Rather than a
glorification of the technology, you will find the report raises many
issues and asks many awkward questions. It is not one of our best sellers.

Mail info@ovum.mhs.compuserve.com for details. The report sells for 1000
to commercial organisationsbut you can try asking about academic
discounts. (I should know I suppose, but I don't.) Include you postal
address and we'll send you a nice flyer. You can also look at
http://www.ovum.com/ This site is under construction.
