One GUI builder that hasnt been mentioned, is the Original and still
widely used Tigre Programming Environment, which is built on top of
ParcPlace Smalltalk.

The Tigre approach, while neither as clunky as the VisualWorks approach nor
as limited as the component approach, was designed specifically for
real world users who want the Power of ParcPlace Smalltalk without the
steep learning curve...
