David,
We have bred and shown Russian Blues for 11 years, 
while there are some decent vets, there are none real
superior for cats. The ones I'd recommend are from
Hidden Valley Vet clinic on Rt. 19 in McMurray. Dr.
Bebko located not far from here is okay, but high
priced and a bit pompous. Dr. Glotfelty (our usual
vet) at Jefferson Vet clinic is pretty good, but he
does have a wait and see type attitude. For anything real
puzzling we call our vet friend in Akron who sold us
our first Russian; he's very good. Maybe I can help if
I knew the problem. Good luck!
