She only does house calls (so no surgery, but does do chemistry/lab). Having used her in the past, I can recommend her whole-heartedly. So, you could bring your dog into CMU (like I did) for a check-up or physical. Saves a lot of time. It is a little more expensive, but well worth it. I have two aging cats with heart conditions, and they do not tolerate the stress of travel well at all.
