I called Craig's Auto Body and Repair for a tow since they advertised themselves as being very close to downtown. I had to wait three hours for them to come because they were busy cleaning up a Kroger's truck that had overturned and dumped a load of food all over Point Park. I decided to let them fix the car, plus a bunch of other things that it needed. They fixed a bad timing belt, replaced bad water pump, tuneup, adjusted valves and clutch, checked the brakes, etc. They fixed everything competently, except not filling the radiator all the way up when done. They charge $20 for labor, and their parts cost was average. Since I had a lot done, the bill was high, but about what I had expected. They did charge $45 to tow my car 1.5 miles though. They aren't as neat and clean as the Forbes and Murray Gulf, but they are faster and cheaper.
