The trickle of responses to my query about gas stations that give a
free car wash with a fill of gas seems to have stopped.  Here they are
with the names removed.  Thanks to John Greiner, Scott Fahlman, Arup
Mukherjee, and Sammy Tao.  I'm sending this to Bovik, too.
