I've been pretty pleased with Sewickley Porsche and Audi, just off Rt. 65 to
the left, for honesty, competence, and general willingness to diagnose things
and discuss problems.  Their shop time costs $28/hr as of last reading, which
I gather is on the high side but not outrageous.  They also have a medium-
sized Audi graveyard, from which they'll let you scavenge spare parts for a
reasonable fee.  On the bad side, though, they're a pain to get to, and tend
to have a month-long wait for appointments.
