Subject: Rohrich toyota a good place to buy a new toyota

Harry,

I wanted to pass on a word about a favorable experience with
a car dealership for the Toyota section of your archives.

My wife and I bought a new 1989 Toyota Corolla wagon from Rohrich Toyota.

We feel that we got a good, fair deal on the car that we wanted without
excessive agony. They had a reasonable selection, and a fairly sizable
service department (that we have not yet experienced). They had what we
wanted.

Also, we feel that they treated us more humanely than any of the other
Toyota dealers we encountered (Airport, McWilliams). The salesman, Terry
Ingram, was civil and reasonably knowledgable; most important to us, he
was not aggressive or pushy. The sales manager, Bob Gower, got right to
the point without trying to intimidate or cow us. They saw that we knew
what we wanted and that we knew how much we were going to spend, so they
just sold us the car without a lot of arm-twisting and posturing.

>From all that we have heard in our year here in Pittsburgh, and our
positive experience in buying a new car, Rohrich seems to be the Toyota
dealer of choice in this area.
