The only place I know about is E-Z Way, at 5102 Penn Avenue in Bloomfield-
Garfield.  They operate a service called Rent-A-Lift in their garage
behing the store.  Rent-A-Lift is still listed in the yellow pages under
Auto Repairing; however, their ad in the new yellow pages under auto parts
no longer mentions the rent-a-lift, but describes the store as a parts and
service place.  I have never used them, so you will have to find out
whether they are still operating the rent-a-lift, and what their rates
are.

Directions to the store: Take Negley north to Penn Avenue and turn left.
Penn will get considerably narrower (two lanes plus two parking lanes) before
you get to the store.  They are on the south side of Penn, which would be on
your left.

What are you planning on doing?  If it is interesting mechanical work, I
would appreciate the opportunity to learn by helping.  In any event, if
you do use EZ way or any other place, please let me know what your experience
is.
