Compared to other dealers' sales staff in the area, I really liked their people, particularly Jan Conrad. He was able to *accurately* answer all of my questions, and the level of sales hype was very low. I've also been using Billco for parts and service on my VWs for the past 7 years and have been satisfied with their competence and their attitude towards customer satisfaction. From talking to other people, Billco seems to have a good reputation for both sales and service. I can certainly recommend them based on my experiences. --Charlie
