If someone hasn't told you yet, I think that Goodyear's "In Line
all the time" deal seems to be good, especially around here.  You
pay once (a high fee about (2 + delta) times the going rate), but
you never pay again.  They line it up once every 6 months for as
you own the car (or as long as Goodyear is in business).  I don't
know if the deal is transferable to other Goodyear stores,
but it is worth looking into.
