May I strongly suggest that, before buying from ANY car dealer, people
should call up the Better Business Bureau and inquire as to the dealer's
reputation. We have found the BBB to be very friendly and helpful.
  Pay attention not only to the number of complaints filed, but also to
how cooperative the dealer was in resolving them.
