I went to Liberty Welding with a Bovik recommendation.  My front
bumper was starting to fall off because of rust.  Liberty Welding
was able to weld in two reinforcements connecting the bumper to the 
chasis for $85, far less than the original estimate of $200, and
much, much less than I had originally expected.  The bumper seems
very solid.
