Chen Lee,
  I've had two windshields replaced by D.R. Glass
on Saw Mill Run Blvd.(i.e. Route 51) over the years.
I was satisfied both times.  They are a local chain.
Their locations and phone numbers are in the Yellow Pages.

Hi Chen,

I had the front window of my van replaced by Safelite
(I think they're around S. Negley and Baum Blvd).  My
automotive mechanic sent me there, as this is where
he normally sends his own business.  They charged me
about 1/3 the cost of what Don Allen quoted me, and
I'm pleased w/ the work...
