David,
I had some substantial scratches and a dent in my car repaired by Bob's Auto
Body on the recommendation of Dr. Bovik. I was very impressed with the
results. The dent was in the corner of the roof where the metal was
formed into three sharp edges. Even up close the side with the
dent is indistinguishable from the other side.

Of course, we're not talking concrete + 55mph. I would guess that they
do nicely on the big jobs also.

I got quotes both from Bob's and from American Auto, on Liberty. Bob's
quote was $210 (which was what I paid). American Auto's was about $150
more.

Bob's Auto Body is located at 916 Penn Avenue, in Wilkinsburgh.

Good Luck.
  Rick.
