The salesman was your typical salesman type, but was a bit more honest than the other dealerships (not Chevrolet) that we visited. He didn't try to sell us lots of extras, or mislead us about what was on the car or what it could do. We have also had the car in to the service department several times. (The joys of owning an American car, I guess.) There have been some good and some bad aspects. First, they don't take appointments, and the probability of getting one's car back in a single day seems to be near zero. Other people we have talked to have confirmed this. Their competence seems to be about average - they haven't been stumped by the trivial things we have had wrong, but the one challenging problem we had, they had trouble fixing, although they did finally find it. They do win some points for friendliness, though. They apparently have a policy that, if a car is returned a second time for the same problem (and you remind them of this fact), it gets first priority in the scheduling. Also, one day my husband arrived about 10 minutes after closing time (his bus was delayed) and they didn't give him any trouble about getting the car. robin jeffries
