Two years ago I shopped for my Honda Accord - I ended up at Yenko.
Since that time I have had no problem with then and really have
complete confidence in the service department. Dale, the service
manager and I are on a first name basis - when I have called for
service (even if I haven't talked with Dale) I can always get an
appointment within a couple of days. I have high recommendations
of them. When I purchased the car, Yenko was the only dealer around
that I found who was not charging a "demand surcharge" on their cars.
Jim Guest, the salesman I dealt with was very personable and friendly.
I ended up with the car at list price (which two years ago was about
a $1000 - $1500 savings over other dealers). If you go tell him
I referred you if you would like. I now live in the North Hills
but still go to Yenko.

I took my car to Baeirl once for service, and it seemed like I was a
number in their big world, but I wasn't that pleased with the job.
I went to McKean when shopping and I have promised myself to never
go back there even if they are the last garage in town. They were
very high pressure, sign on the line right now.

I hope this has helped your decision, and questions let me know.
