Windshield Recomendation:
I got my windshield replaced at Safelite at Negley and Baum.  I liked
him.  He also put a new piece of mirror into my drivers side mirror that
had been hit.  Other places wanted to charge me 80 bucks to replace the
whole side mirror, but "Tom"( I think that's the guys name who is the
manager) bought a piece of mirror and glued it in for no extra charge(
ontop of the 10 or so bucks for the piece of mirror.)  His windshield is
still holding up fine and was cheap.
