If you are trying to get your car pass the State Inspection and Emission, I
would like to recommand Hi-Tech Auto Care, 6311 Butler Street at 62nd Street 
Bridge. $8 is all you need to pay for Reg. Emission and State Inspection if
nothing is wrong with your car (I know someone has got it). They replaced 
some parts for my car, charging $150 and Exxon (at Forbes) want to charge me
$270.
