I was told my car would fail inspectiion because of its exhaust system. So,
I took it to Midas on Penn Circle South. They wanted $267.44 to replace
the muffler/pipes etc. . This was quite a shock. So, I ran over to Meineke
on Washington Blvd/Hamilton. They told me the exhaust system was rusted, but
was ok for inspection purposes. Joel Balikes runs the place. He is honest.
He told me Midas was trying to rip me off.

So if you need muffler work, go to Joel Balikes at Meineke on Washington Blvd
and Hamilton.
