Well, they're not on Baum Boulevard (they're on Centre, north side, a couple
blocks east of Craig), and they do more than just tires (ex: exhaust systems),
though not everything.  Their prices are like Bruno's, and they're friendly,
honest people.  I just had the pipe from my catalytic converter to the muffler
rust through, though the muffler itself was in fine condition (don't ask). 
Their charge: $55 parts, $15 labor, 4 hours latency.  They were very willing
to try to save the muffler.

A particular plus of these guys is that you can often get them to work on your
car without an appointment if you show up when they open (07:00) and ask them
nicely.
