I have found National Car Rental to have one of the best prices and
to have their cars in very good shape. However, their closest location
to us, the Exxon across the street on Forbes,
doesn't have as good deals as their downtown and airport locations.
The Forbes location has higher prices and/or no unlimited mileage
options.
