Since I was in AAA today anyway, I mentioned to them the problems various
people have been reporting about the station at Morewood and Center.  
AAA says they try to keep a watch on all their approved stations and are
willing to act for any AAA member who can present facts to them regarding
these stations.  Even documented evidence from non-members is welcome.
The person in charge is Bob Miller, phone number 362-3300.  He is at the
Penn Circle office and will gladly listen to anyone's story.

One thing he urged is that whenever you take a car in for repair at any
service station, you have the right to approve any level of repairs from
none, through a specified $ amount, to unlimited $.  Any work they do that
violates your approval can and should be reported to the State of Pa.
Attorney General's Office.

In the meantime, I have heard nothing but good stories about the Gulf
station at Forbes and Murray.
