I'd like to report a pleasant experience with Bruno's Garage (Negley &
Liberty), 361-1750.

I noticed evil sounds from my front brakes, and, on the advice of my
housemate, Josh Bloch, called them.  They took my Toyota in 3 or 4
business days (which is fair for a busy garage) and replaced my rotors
the same day, for a fair price (given the sounds, I am quite willing to
believe that I needed new rotors rather than merely a trim for the old
ones).

I intend to take my car there again.
