Subject: Re: Auto Body advice

i know nothing about mike's autobody or mckean honda, BUT, since you
brought it up, looks like i'll finally get around to posting about the
place i found:

senge autobody
1245 washington blvd.

they have exceptional service. gary, the guy i dealt with, actually
called *me* when i hadn't gotten back to him about bringing in the car
(he wasn't annoying about it, though). he arranged for my rental car (so
the slightly longer drive didn't matter much) and called the insurance
company and successfully argued over something they weren't going to
cover. if you're thinking that's pretty standard, get this: not only did
he do work--giving me a severe discount--that was unrelated to my
accident, he even VACUUMED THE INSIDE!!!! i got it back cleaner than i'd
ever seen it (having bought it used), and that put him over the top in
my book. i can't recommend this place highly enough.

again, this is in no way a commentary--for or against--the places you
mention. i'm not affiliated with senge autobody; i'm just a very
satisfied customer.

hope this helps,
klk
