I just got two car inspections done. The first was at Doug's Exxon on
Forbes right across the bridge. They decided that I needed a brake light
bulb, a rear
brake job (they were done within the last year) and rear struts (on
a car with 35K miles), for a grand total of $500. I asked to see the
brakes and struts, and hey, it turns out that they took the car somewhere
on Baum Blvd to do the inspection, just to make it more inconvenient.
I made a few comments and told them where they could park the next
car they got.

I had it re-inspected today at McKenzie's Service center,
1750 Penn Ave. Wilkinsburg. They agreed that I needed a brake light
bulb.

Well, I'm not calling anybody a crook. Just thought you'd like to know.
