I heard a lot of bad things about Ted McWilliams in Monroeville.

I had a positive but expensive experince with Rohrich Toyota.

I had some good things, and had a pleasant experience with Airport
Toyota.

All of my personal experiences had to do with the repair dept, not the
new cars dept.

I've had good luck with kevin Kinsella at Rohrich Toyota.  I bought a new
corrolla last June and am considering another new car purchase now.  
There are apparently some dealer incentives (at least on Camry) until
June 2.  If you call Kevin, tell him that I sent you.

Absolutely, no matter what, stay AWAY from Ted McWilliams dealerships.  The
guy is totaly slimy crook, and everyone he employees is an asshole too.

Rohrich Toyota is very fair on service, and they are pretty reputable.
However, these guys are expensive.  You get good service, but you pay for
it.

I tell everyone to go to Greensburg Toyota.  Its a 45 minute drive, but
these guys will give you the best deal, lowest price.  More than a few of
my friends have looked there and other places, and they all bough their
cars in Greensburg.

Kreb's Toyota on Rt. 8 north of Etna is a small dealership. I have
purchased one new Toyota there and so far have been very satisfied with
all aspects of the deal. The sales staff refrained from high pressure
tactics (although they are there to make a sale), the financial and
legal aspects of the deal were very smooth, and the service to date has
been excellent. Don't let their apparent small selection fool you; they
can get any vehicle that the others can.

The distance from CMU to Kreb's compares favorably with the two main
dealerships (McWilliams and Rohrich).

I have purchased two Toyotas in Pittsburgh.  One in 1985 from
Washington Toyota and one last January from Rorich.  I much prefer the
former as a dealer and as a company.
