They used to be honest and reliable. Gradually we have become more and more disenchanted with them, and now neither Gregg nor I will go back. Recently they tried to replace everything in all four of my brakes(!), when in fact nothing was wrong with them (as verified by Paul's VW). They also outright lied about the front brakes, saying that the rotors had become out-of-round, when according to Paul's VW the factory-installed brakes are bonded to rotors that look out of round! I think it is important that people stay away from McGee. I'm quite happy with the work done by Paul's, which is also significantly cheaper than the dealer. The place is currently owned by "Bob".
