Dear Friends and colleagues:

I'm not one for "chain-letter" type email messages, but I feel quite
strongly about the issue that I'll sketch below, and have decided to make
an exception.

So this message is for anyone who's thinking about getting high-speed
internet access for home, business, or whatever. If you're considering
using Qwest DSL, be forewarned: They're an absolute nightmare to deal with.
I realize that any big company is a nightmare to deal with, but Qwest is in
a league by itself.

ATT@home, in contrast was rocky a couple of years ago when they started but
now they appear to be pretty responsive.

Feel free to forward this message.

regards, Geof
