I second Lynne's motion to frequent the place.  In my opinion, it is as
good or better than any Chinese/Vietnamese food you can get in the area.
 However, they appear to be struggling.  Whenever I've been there, there
isn't much of a crowd, if any.  Its a shame they picked the Penn Ave.
location, since they're not likely to ever draw a dinner crowd there. 
The people who run it (who are very nice by the way) are from NY city
and didn't seem to know a great deal about the Pgh. area.  Too bad,
because if they picked another neighborhood, they would being doing much
more business.  

Anyway, if you want to check My Dung out, do it soon!
