Here are the results of my recent inquiry. I got surprisingly few responses,
but what I got was enough for my purpose. Thanks very much for your help.

no estan en la seccion de "trade books"; estan cerca de los "textbooks"
de las clases de "Hispanic Languages and Literature".

Roni,
you can see a TV chain called Galavision I believe via satellite in this
area. I don't know of any other moer easily available.

Border's bookstore has some books in Spanish (about 50-75 when I went there
some months ago) and they also sell a Spanish (from Madrid) newspaper.
I have checked out books in Spanish from The Carnegie Library in Squirrel
Hill; I guess Hillman or The Carnegie Library ate the museum have a larger
selection. I think I checked CMU's collections, but most of the books they
had were about botanics or sociology and politics.

Roni,
Heads Together has a small collection of spanish-language movies.
Also, I think there is a cable channel that has a spanish education
show, but I don't know what it is.
