I can't seem to find anything in > Bovik. It's not that hard to clean the heads yourself. Goto radio shack and get a head cleaning kit that is NOT a tape you insert into the VCR. Instead, the kit will include some sticks that look a bit like large Q-tips, along with some cleaning fluid. The instructions are included in the box, but basically, you just pop the top on the VCR, spin the head with one hand, and hold this Q-tip against the head with the other hand. If that doesn't work, buy a new head from MCM electronics and put that in.
