My mountain bike is a Jamis.

Dirty Harry's (see Dave's post on bovik) seems to like them a lot. The nicest
bike I road was a 1988 Jamis diablo ($479 - $40 since it was last years).
As far as I understant Jamis only makes mountain bikes.

Trek used to paint all of its bikes with Imron (the stuff you paint boats
with). This would be great for the keys. I don't know if they still do.

The key to preventing rust is to keep things well oiled. I'd imagine the
florida air will eat just about any bicycle, regardless of quality, but I'm
sure that you have much more experience with it than I.

Mike
