The owner is as complete an asshole as you will find in this world. The chicken sometimes tastes spoiled and if you return a dish because of this, all the cooks will do is reheat it. We stopped going there when Juliet ordered a tofu-based dish, only to receive a dish with bamboo shoots instead. When she complained about this, the waitress tried to convince her that the bamboo shoots really were tofu, and refused to take the dish back. (And of course, we all remember the barbed-wire-in-the-food rumor, right?)
