I just had a delightful experience at Houlihan's in Monroeville Mall.
After a delay in the server's attending to us, the owner noticed,
apologised, and gave us our meals for free, long before I had thought
to complain. We had great service for the rest of the night.

I felt like they really care about giving me good service, and that
makes me very happy.

(Plus, the food is very good, and the restaurant is much more quiet
than many that I go to, which is very nice.)

I am posting this in an effort to ensure that their policy of making
me feel that they care about giving me good service is an economically
advantageous policy.
