I sent a roll of film to them, since the price is attractive. The negatives came back dirty and some of the prints were framed completely wrong. If you know of a decent low price film lab, please let me know. I will forward replies to Bovik. It is not an introductory offer. It is a steady price. Their work is OK and fast. It always took less than a week to get the pictures back. I had too some good enlargments from them at a fair price. My only gripe - sometimes they send me mailers that say 8c/print for double prints. So far I havent had to use one because I retain all the 5c/print mailers they send. They had free mailers in the Sunday Pgh Press a couple of weeks back. I'm wondering which one of us had the anomalous experience. I do think their price for reprints is high so I'm looking for a cheaper place to have reprints made. By the way, I sent them two rolls of 35mm film for developing (color prints). Both rolls came back just fine.
