Subject: Weekend + 3, add'l suggestions

Brian, all you had to do was ask.

As requested, a few additional suggestions for how to spend your 4 days.
Couples first,

If you have the money and the inclination, I would plan a quick trip to
Hidden Valley or Seven Springs. Both "resorts" are only one hour away
and are relatively cheap during the non-skiing season. If you go, try
to rent a condo or chalet so you will not be disturbed. Plan to do some
hiking, biking, etc... You know, woodsy things.

A little closer to home is Moraine State park (north on route 79).
Moraine has a lake for fishing and sailing and is quite larger than any
closer to the city. It will take 45 minuets to drive there.

Another Couples suggestion is to do the entire Station Square, Mount
Washington "thing". There are many good restaurants with wonderful
views located on top of Mt. Washington, and Station Square has some
restaurants, shops, and bars that cater to the after work crowd.

Less expansive and less time consuming is a visit to the Andy Warhol
museum, located on the North Side.

Also, do not rule out the Pittsburgh symphony, Pgh. Playhouse, opera,
ballet, etc.... There is even an occasional "student" movie preview
which can be pretty cool if you are in the mood and like that sort of
thing.

As far as if you are SINGLE:

SOUTH SIDE, OAKLAND BARS, BARS, BARS. (Marios is great for a yard of
beer, I suggest Guinness, Silkys for Sunday, Monday night Football.
'Nuff said.
